Having worked in both large and small business environments, I came to appreciate the unique strengths each brings to the table. When I founded Cymertek, my vision was to create the best of both worlds — combining the structure and resources of a larger organization with the flexibility, culture, and personal connection of a smaller one.
At our core, we operate with a “team member first, customer first” philosophy. We believe that by taking exceptional care of our people and our clients, the business success naturally follows. Yes, we are a for-profit company — but profit is a result, not the mission. Our mission is built on relationships, trust, and delivering excellence.
We offer a flexible, cafeteria-style benefits plan that allows team members to tailor their compensation — including a cash-out option for unused benefits — because we believe one-size-fits-all doesn’t fit anyone particularly well.
